Shipping & Returns

IN BLOOM BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY 

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the date your order was originally shipped. Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached.

  • Include your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return.

  • Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, there was an error in shipping.

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. 

  • All sales are FINAL on the following:

  • Sale Items

  • Swimwear

  • Essentials (Bralettes/Camis)

  • Hats

  • Jewelry 

 

RETURNS

To start the return process, login to your account on our website (shopinbloomboutique.com) and click on the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top left corner and navigate to the ‘Completed Orders’ section. From there, you are able to issue a return request to us for the item(s) you wish to return. You can bring your unwanted items to the store for exchange or a store credit or ship them back to us. If you choose to ship them, shipping cost is your responsibility. We will then process the item and put the credits on your online account.

EXCHANGES 

Due to limited quantities of our unique styles, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or color, follow the below steps in the ‘Returns’ section above. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit to your account. When you have received your store credit, you may purchase any item in any style or color that is available. 

 

Please allow 5-10 days for package transit to ensure your return is received within the 30-day window.
